Account and authenticator help
For a forgotten password or an expired email link, request a new password reset and open the newest email in the browser where you requested it.
If you lost your authenticator, cannot find a usable factor, or verification keeps failing, contact the person who invited you to Personal Alpha using your existing trusted contact method. They can help verify your identity and arrange account recovery.
Never send your password, authenticator setup key, verification code, or confidential Person notes. A password reset alone does not remove MFA.
